    ... cups! Like I said in the beginning of this tome, that this is a long one. Will try to shorten these or do less each day? No, I don't think so! Having too much fun! Maybe more often? So, we are trying to get our 10,000 steps in each day as often as we can. We accomplished that every day so far.     ... Tots, eggplant parm, stir fry, mashed potatoes, broccoli, salmon and basically anything else imaginable. Thanks to our friend Stefan we felt like bums on thanksgiving day at a soup kitchen!!!! After rolling each other out of the establishment we were pleasantly greeted by sing alongs back in the dorm room, some real stand up Minnesota fellas trying to make a difference!
