sun and looking at the sky to see if any tents were flying away. The crossing
back wasn’t so bad yet the wind on the main land was worse! We followed the
cycle from the night before, leave the tent and hit the pub. This occasion
however it back fired, the wind was so strong the back of the tent was almost
laying flat. We couldn’t sleep in it, time for damage limitation and back up to
sleep in the car (being too drunk to drive to find a hotel!). ...

Well it's a different kettle of fish over in Queensland/ New South Wales. The weather is indeed warm and humid and the beaches are breath taking and the best part of it the job i have landed which i'll tell you more about in a bit has a bus route which takes me over river bridges, mountain views and Surfers ...

... på dagen kørte vi til Ayr og tog på Mc Donals for at udnytte deres gratis internet. Vi fik også handlet ind, og derefter kørte vi tilbage på restepladsen. Til aften lavede vi RISENGRØD !!! MUMS (: & det blev bare rigtig godt. Det har jeg godt nok savnet og det gav os lige lidt julestemning – så det var super lækkert. Det er ikke meget jul vi har hernede ellers. Man kan ikke rigtig forestille sig at det er jul, når det er 40 grader :P

besteigen: Im Klo lauert eine Handgroße (nicht Handfläche)
Spinne. Wir vermuten, dass es eine Hansmen Spinne ist.
Wir wissen nicht wirklich, wie der
Aufstieg sein wird. Erfahrungsberichte schwanken zwischen eineinhalb
Stunden für den Aufstieg und zweieinhalb. Der Weg ist aber sehr
gut ausgebaut und wir, aufgewachsen ...

... bij Spot X voelde ik direct dat de sfeer anders was. Het was zien, en gezien worden. Mensen waren luidruchtig en het was er druk. Het personeel was afstandig en ik kreeg het gevoel dat ik verplicht leuk moest gaan doen. En daar word ik altijd een beetje dwars van. Ik deed eerst keurig mee met de vreemde spelletjes die zij hadden bedacht. Wij wonnen 3 keer. Gelukkig maar van de straffen waren niet gering.
