While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. ... name!). There was a Cabaret side of the restaurant with about 50 seniors in it and they were all singing (mostly poorly, with a few standouts) accompanied by a man flailing on an old piano. They were singing hits from, and I am guessing here, the 20's, 30's and 40's.

Turned in early, with strains of Elle Fitzgerald echoing in my head, as I had an early start as well.
