          ... for our lifestyle.
The village church is being renovated and looks very impressive. We ate our lunch on the wall.
A last slightly different observation today, was the concept of a "pre booked" grave. I had read that they buy their grave site and do everything but add their bodily remains and the date of death. We think this is one such place.

A relatively simple life, they are very content. Parents of 9 children and 23 grand children and they are hoping more will be on the way soon. All but one of their children has left Romania spread out ...

Omg! The Rock concert is on again tonight! The bass from the DJ actually shakes the floor in my hotel room. Went to the four UNESCO listed 16th century frescoes monasteries today. This area is beautiful. It is up in the mountains, blue skies, light breezes- my kind of weather! The frescoes in these churches are unbelievable. The north side of the building's frescoes are gone due to the "cold ...

... were truly one of a kind. They have the unusual distinction of being painted on the exterior as well as the interior. Beautiful frescoes cover the walls. These frescoes were originally painted to educate illiterate soldiers and peasants. They portray well-known biblical stories. Each of the monasteries had ...
