      ... We're appearing through the trees and building was the home to the 1989 Winter Olympics ice hockey and now home to the Calgary Flames, the saddledome. It's interesting shape to illustrate the naming of it being a shape of a saddle. With s white roof and red and grey side, still one of the only NHL stadiums not to have its name changes by a corporate company name.       ... and Nancy picked me up for a shopping trip to Ikea so Nancy could get a few items for the "kids' " apartment. IKEA here is just like the one in Toronto with too many shoppers and the aroma of cinnamon buns.       ... for our two train efficianados. After we left, we cruised down the Bow Valley Parkway to Johnston Canyon. Here, we went on an hour long hike to the falls and back. A spectacular canyon for sure and the power of the water was incredible. A little ice cream treat for our toe busy hikers and we rolled on to Banff. We cruised through Banff but the traffic was so crazy with Canada Day, we elected to push on to Kananaskis. ...
