... story. Two winter storms came through across our path. First in San Antonio where they had record low temps and we had ice cycles on our car in the morning. Space, was the name of today's game. What was intended to be a few hours at Kennedy Space Centre turned into most of the day. We had earlier seen the Space Shuttle Enterprise in New York, but that was a non space going prototype, here we got up close & personal with Atlantis, veteran of 33 missions including the 135th & final mission ever in 2011! You could tell the difference too, it looked the well ...
... up and swapped with us for an earlier time slot so we were excited about that! We had some food and decided to explore! The first half of this park seemed a little lame to me as it was all space like - which I am not really into but the second part was really awesome, called world showcase! There are all little sets of different countries! Our first stop was United Kingdom to see Winnie the Pooh - which turned out to only be Tigger! Dudded lol! So our next stop ...
... and then go back up the street.
We left about 3.30pm and came home for a swim (Matt and the children) and a go in th spa and a power nap (me!).
Then we were back out the door at 6pm to go to Millers Ale House for dinner. What a fantastic place - Scott loved it because they had massive sports screens all round the walls so he could try and work out ice hockey and basktball rules while we ate.
