We woke this morning to winds blowing at 17 kts in the harbor with light rain. By 8 AM it calmed and the rain stopped in time for us to go ashore and have breakfast at the Cuttyhunk Fisherman Club. ... drive to Mystic after our marathon effort yesterday. Our accommodation at The Whalers Inn is a large upstairs front room complete with 4 poster bed in an old sea captains house overlooking the street. The nice lady at the reception desk sold us tickets to the Old Mystic Seaport at a reduced rate. Fortunately we wanted to go there anyway.

Our main interest was the wooden boat restoration works there and as luck would have it the replica of the Mayflower ...
