... or something. Everything felt heavier. Damn.
On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.
Time for the long journey back to fitness...
