      ... bash and then off to the station for our train to Southampton. We are staying here for the weekend before continuing our journey up to Heathrow on Monday 30th for an overnight stay before our flight to Cyprus.

      Despite resembling refugees fleeing a war zone, the journey to see daughter Kayleigh and partner George was uneventful and easy....arrived at 3pm. Southampton weather was just as bad as Devon, cool and damp! A nice cup of tea ...

      ... that I did. People have commented that it must have taken ages to produce but the software is very flexible and with a few photos and some thoughts on electronic "paper" you can quickly produce a professional looking blog. I found it quite therapeutic to select the best photos of the day and to jot some comments down each evening. The number of followers and comments received spurred us on to keep it up ...

      Well not the most spectacular of starts! Tried to board a bus from Wilton near Salisbury in order to catch the train in Salisbury only to be told it was going in the opposite direction!       ... was real Canada and I loved seeing the Canadian residential areas and housing areas, but again no snowmen, in fact Canadians don't seem to go out in this cold weather not like us mad Brits.
