  • They started night flights to compete with buses (ground transportation)
  • They introduced a flyer card which allows the customer to pay their ticket fare in instalments (a common practice in Brazil)
  • They have started selling tickets through their Facebook page.
  • All of this, made them break a record of transporting 157,000 passengers in 1039 flights within a day!!

The line entered a large ballroom with a long que but it moved quickly and I would say we had our passes in 5 minutes maybe!
