Crazy stuff can happen (in Canada)
... Calgary, that had to happen to me with my kind of luck! And because Michelle-Ann fallowed me everywhere when I got lost, I thought she might want to slap me but I got back on track and we made it home save.
Another story to tell my grandchildren: "That can happen when you are in Canada; Truck killed deer, shredded tire, lost in Calgary,..."
So I'm tired know and will go to bed. We will find out what else will happen on the road trip. ...

... food). Chickened out on checking out the nightlife as it was actually too cold to walk outside... Banff definitely exposed us to a real canadian winter. The next day it was -32 C with a wind chill of -40 C. So painful! We attempted to go to Sunshine mt but it was closed because of the intense cold so we got free hot chocolates instead and I got a $15 beanie! Headed back into Banff town and went shopping. ... Saw the whole of Vancouver from the viewing deck, walked around Stanely Park which was very pretty and had our first wildlife sighting in the form of a squirrel. Finished the day off at the aquarium. Very cool place - all of their animals were rescues. Almost half a year later....
... time but as it was now off-season and everyone had left with the speed of rats abandoning a sinking ship, I had plenty of time to recover. Ran away to the mountains for the weekends....
