... stuff to the new trailer. The old trailer had so much more storage, so it was a dilemma. Thursday morning the final touches were made to the custom hitch to carry our bikes and we left around noon. We drove to the first big parking lot and both of us just sat in the car. What had we done? Did we know how to work this new beast? Where were we headed? After an hour or so we put on our big girl panties and headed to New York!

Internet access has been relatively easy but upload and download speeds very variable. We have taken up a challenge - to do all of our photos with an iPhone. It has made blogging much quicker and easier - particularly when internet speeds have been slow, days full and time short.

The caravan was so comfortable we decided to stay an extra night. We just didn't want to leave!
We did some exploring locally visiting neighbouring villages such as Woodstock and Chester (which was holding a local fair), plus a trip to Jamaica State Park.
