    Another early morning start to board the International ferry from Seattle, USA to Victoria, Canada. There was a few moments of tension as Smoothie had to drop us off, go find where to return the hire car and taxi back again. Once again the timing all worked beautifully and Ruthy's worrying was for nothing. We boarded our speed boat with 8 others and headed first to Race rock which is marine sanctuary to the west of Victoria harbour (Park covers 1600 feet diameter around the island).     ... run in my new trainers. And the good news (drum roll) is I didn't get any shin splints! Boom! I ran along a seawall to another town and back. It took 50 minutes.     Today is a sea day. We set out from Skagway last night and are making our way to Victoria, BC. I started out my day confused, because we were supposed to but I forgot to do it before I headed out for my swim. Since I forgot, grandpa and I headed to the cafe for breakfast, which they had stopped serving an our before.
