      Due to no camping reservations, we decided to change our itinerary. We planned to go through Mt. Rainier National Park before heading to Seattle and Port Angeles/Olympic National Park. However, Brad thought it would be better to head to Port Angeles hoping to snatch a first come, first serve spot at Salt Creek Reservation Area before the weekend crowd arrives.

      ... broke his hand the other day by thumping a cow so we had an expensive trip to the doctors only to find it wasn't broken. Children and cows are spewing germs left right and centre and testing out our immune systems big time.
      This area of the island is beautiful and we have spent some time walking in the woods and along the beach when it isn't raining. We also explored the town of Victoria yesterday which was a lovely day away from the mad house!

      A walk down to the supermarket saw us stocking up on food and wine which lasted both nights and another party in the Bradley's room.

      Peter decided that a bag of 12 oysters was going to be consumed, this was risky but turned out fine no poisoning and only cost $8.00, bargin. Getting them open was a whole other thing.

      ... was Darryl wanted to be paid in cash. I suppose because we were his first victums with this rental. Got lost going to the shopping centre this driving on the other side of the road confuses the brain. Bought three days supply of food, it is expensive here I miss the Wanneroo Markets, Big W and IGA for my specials.
