Die gute Nachricht des Tages, der marrokanische Schlangenbeschwoerer hat es geschafft. Zwar sind alle alten Daten und Programme verschwunden, aber ich hab ein neues Windows (englische Version, was dazu fuehrt, dass keine Umlaute mehr vorhanden sind und ein paar Buchstaben vertauscht sind, aber daran wird man sich gewoehnen). Das Ganze fuer 200 Dirham, also keine 20 Euro, da kann man nicht meckern.

... circle & away- opportunist!

We chose to end the night on a good night so found a great group with drums, Tambourine & guitar. I watched for a set, then gave 2 dirhams. We were invited to sit at the front of the crowd, just behind the musicians. Clapping along, we stayed a long while the music always keeping a great beat. As we got up to leave- we were thanked & asked to come back the next night.

At the market food stalls, we were given cards and each stall was being promoted '7 is heaven' 'I saw you yesterday- you said you'd come back' 'we are the best- ok then where are you looking for- 14?' They already knew. Stall No 14- Fast food of fish, surrounded by locals and people cuing up, surrounded ...

... Aya at Mellah market.

We were offered King's tea- made up of loose green tea, saffron, aniseed stars, juniper, ginsing, dried mint & strong crystal mint- topped with hot water- delicious :)
He then put powdered rose face mask on one of our hands and made us smell a black seeds wrapped in a cloth- it was intense, like a kick in the nostrils.
I buy a little of the face mask & he gives us a clay pummice ...

... unsteadily stacked on a donkey. Caged chickens and stray cats wandering the streets. We wandered quickly through the maze of souks, avoiding eye contact. Having to learn to walk tighty on the right to avoid being mowed down by mopeds.
One of the cleanest cities I've ever visited, their was no litter, no people eating or drinking in the streets.

We ate dinner at restaurant de france, successfully speaking the broken french we knew ...
