The weather was warm and sunny, perfect for a day of exploring. The island and town of Kosgreat fun. We found ruins, much as I had seen in Turkey and had expected to see once I was able to reach Athens.

... area at low tourist season. I can imagine the crowds when summer comes. I would really ejoy viviting Bodrum again.

Day two brought a visit to two other small towns in the area. Gumusluk and Turgutreis. They are both small fishing villages along the coast. We took yet another bus ride to these towns, enjoyed exploring and a wonderful lunch on the beach.

Following our day trip to the Gallipoli Penisula and Anzac Cove, we proceeded to catch an overnight bus to Secluk further down the Turkish coast. The bus left that evening at 11.15pm and we were informed that we would arrive at approximately 7am - costing us about 20.00 euro each.
