    ... I’m already wondering when I will be back on the ferry to Friday Harbor, watching for wildlife or working on one of the puzzles (the local way to spend the time onboard).

    If you only take one thing away reading this, I hope that it’s if you haven’t been to the San Juan Islands yet, you owe yourself a visit. You will not be disappointed.
