... the gate and checked the map to find out we had 20 mins before the last dolphin show of the day. So that was where we headed. We made a quick decision to sit in the splash zone. The sun was starting to beat down at this stage and a nice cool off could have done the trick. Not so lucky. ... birds from all over the world (which I particularly enjoyed) and the usual array of "zoo animals". Having been to Africa twice and seeing so many of these animals in the wild, just breaks my heart to have to see them in cages. Although to their credit, most of the animals are in some kind of "habitat" that would match where they are from originally.

... still open at this hour of the night; it was 9:30pm. By continuing walking down the street, an adjacent hotel was visited before we decided to retrieve our steps and walk back to our hotel!

My body was telling me that it was 1:00am whereas my watch, 10:00pm! This time difference had a way of catching up to me! I was rapidly falling asleep!
