We agreed to sample as many flavors as possible, so we each ordered different entrees to pass and started with an interesting appetizer of smoked heritage pork tenderloin, lamb shank terrine and chicken liver pate. Arctic char, Atlantic scallops, wild black sea bass and hanger steak were our chosen entrees, along with sides of asparagus and bright garden carrots.     ... Jim is a good doobie for finding this destination and accommodating Casey's love of all things growing. What an awesome place to spend a day, the gardens comprise 270 acres of tidal shore land.
