... some drinks, ordered some food. All was well. Fifteen minutes later, waitress checks in. Thirty minutes later waitress apologizes for the delay. Forty-five minutes later waitress says their printer broke so the ticket never got to the kitchen. One full hour and a manager comes to apologize for the wait as well. Our waitress can't seem to talk to us any more lol!

... at Seattle at 9:10 pm and went through the long process of collecting our things, standing up and waiting politely for everyone in front to get off first. The elderly Chinese man didn't get the message to wait for other passengers (since he had a wheelchair), but was intently trying to get his bag and long metal case (fishing rod? paintbrushes? precious family scrolls?) down from above. The mom across from me, who had been plenty busy keeping her girls occupied ...
