They had quite a variety on the menu considering it is a pizza place. They also had hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, and plenty of Italian pasta dishes, Stromboli and calzones. The weather threatens to keep us here unless the front passes over us and we can get ahead of the rain. Maggie goes to shower and I focus on what the weather is doing. If today is looking bad, tomorrow is even worse, with gusty 20 kt northerly winds, cold temperatures and choppy seas. Ugh! I ...

    Another day of travel

While Maggie showered I checked the engine. All was okay except the alternator belt needed a slight tightening. I showered while Maggie readied the boat for travel. We got underway at 0930 and almost immediately fell in behind a tug and two helpers moving two big cranes and some big yellow cylindrical tanks. They were traveling exactly our speed so we were happy to follow. Because commercial traffic doesn't have to wait at the various draw ...
