      Marie had thought it would only take 2 1/2 hours to drive to Byers Texas to see Linda June. But when she checked on line, it showed 6 1/2 hours!. Then because Marie didn't want to drive through Dallas, we didn't use the Interstate freeway, but used smaller roads, making it a 9 1/2 hour trip Was an interesting trip with plenty of time for Marie and I to talk and get to know about each other's lives.       ... Po’ Boy that could have made the difference. The total meal was pricey, but your food came with one side and a basket of biscuits, corn bread, and hush puppies. The walls were plastered in pictures from the show and there was a small area off in a corner of the restaurant where t-shirts, aprons, and a few other items could be purchased.       ... in playing on the toys...he wanted to HIKE! So hiking we went! It was great and the weather was too. We enjoyed all of the cypress trees, founds turtles in a pond along with a snake. It got a bit humid too.

      ... to pray for him!

      At the end of our day, the Robertson family brought us all together to pray! They prayed for each child (naming them individually) and their families, recognizing what these kids have been through and what the families have endured traveling their kid's journey's with them. The kids have made amazing friends with the Robertson family!
