... on us and we had a lot of uphill to cover. We stopped at the beach at the bottom to cool off with a swim. Tunnels beach, a beach about a mile down from Kē'e beach, was where Bethany Hamilton lost her arm to a Tiger Shark, so I stayed out of the deeper water. We finished off with dinner in Hanalei and I ate more grilled cheese. We played a group game at the hotel and all went back to pack our things. We get to sleep in until 10:00 tomorrow ...

We did see some rats running around us while we ate lunch! We then walked back and saw the mud pit. It looked incredibly shallow and it was smelly. ... the other passengers. We met a couple people from Billings, a cute couple from LA (Tommy and Trevor), and a man that loved calling the girls twinkle toes! Once we hit the shore, we had to poach the hotel bathroom again! We pulled off both poachings like professionals! We made our way back to Waimea for a nap and a home cooked ...

... and Sheila was trying to cook on the stove. I got the steaks done but the hash browns didn't get done in time. If fact, we had another blackout before we could get them cooked. The last blackout that we knew about happened at 10pm. We threw in the towel and went to bed.
