    ... and bought a swimsuit and then Kallie rented a surfboard for $6/hour and we went out with Hutton and Anna surfing.     ... back was more strenuous than the way in, but that was understandable given that we had to go against the wind eventhough the current was going with us.

    Day Four: Slept in. Cooked a classic breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast, coffee and tea. Went to the beach, stood around in the rough surf, laid in the shade and read a book before heading back for a home-cooked meal of steak fajitas.

    Day Five: Had a lovely breakfast in the hotel room before packing up ...

    ... to stay in the middle of the river. The wind wanted to direct us to the trees along the shore. We got back to the marina completely soaked and out of breath from the paddling.

    All in all, it was a good trip. It certainty built up our appetite. So we headed to the condo for a shower and then to Mariachi's Mexican for dinner.
