... This town is defined by its position as a fishing (salmon specifically) mecca. From the moment we pulled into this port town - all of the residents - permanent or temporary - are involved with the ocean. On the way we were served lunch, a chicken dish, nothing spectacular but it was ok & besides we weren't on the cruise for the cuisine but for the scenery & especially Meares Glacier.

She had the opportunity to drive the bus & Phil told me, whilst we chatted in the bus this evening, that she handled it better than both he & his mate.
