... not looking at the time.

As I made it back to where Al and I split, she'd disappeared...walked a bit further and I found her...turns out she was ready to set out the rescue team on me! All was okay and we laid out a little more on the rocks and swam then headed back to the hostel to head out.

At the green lizard we met some really decent people, cousins Becky and Scot from North England and Scotland travelling together, aswell as Aussie ...

... for our first destination - the island of Vis. At Vis, we went swimming at different bays, caves etc. Caves called the blue- and the green cave can be found there (both named after the colours that light and minerals create). At first we went swimming in the green cave, where we also jumped off the 10m cliff that makes the entrance of the cave. At the blue cave, you are actually not allowed to swim, but Ivan told us to do a flash maneuver and hope ...

... it is a game that is often played at the beach. The beach is grey sand and shallow for ages.

Ice creams on the beach and a drink at the boat club. Beautiful warm day and no wind.

In the evening after dinner we happened to come across the dress rehearsal of a play in the main piazza of the city. Didn't have a clue what they were saying but the ballet was great and the costumes very roman looking.

    A great start to ...
