Fabelhaft!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Griffin, nachdem wir mir dem Fahrrad von London nach Brighton gefahren waren. Wir wurden von Kieran und Chris begrüßt und wir sahen aus wie ertrunkene, kalte Ratten! Unsere Gastgeber hätten nicht hilfsbereiter und gastfreundlicher sein können! Die Zimmer waren schön, modern und elegant mit komfortablen Betten, das Frühstück war super und die Lage fabelhaft. Auch die anderen Gäste schien der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut zu gefallen!

We had an amazing stay that the Griffin after cycling from London to Brighton. We were welcomed by Kieran and Chris as we arrived looking like very cold drowned rats! Our hosts couldnt have done more to help us out and make us feel at home! The rooms are lovely, modern and stylish with comfy beds, the breakfasts were superb & fab location. All the guests seemed to be having as lovely a stay as us!

We will see you again Chris and Kieran!

Ich bin von einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel zurückgekommen. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dort vom ersten Augenblick an, als ich von den unheimlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern begrüßt wurde, bis zum Zeitpunkt meiner Abreise nach einem besonders zubereitetem vegetarischen Frühstück voll genossen. Das ganze Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und, was noch wichtiger ist, mein Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein wirklich sehr bequemes Bett. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Zwischenaufenthalt dort!

Just returned from a lovely stay at The Griffin Guest House. I enjoyed my visit there from the moment I was welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful hosts to the time I left, full, after a specially prepared vegetarian breakfast. The whole place is beautifully kitted out and more importantly my room was clean and had a bed that was very comfortable indeed.

I look forward to my next stopover!

Erholsam, komfortabel und freundlich. Schönes Zimmer und das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Cris bereitet fantastische Rühreier mit Lachs zu.

The only place to stay

Coming from a stressful day's work in London, the welcome you get from Chris and Kiron at the Griffin puts the world to rights. We stayed there for the weekend in room number 4. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi, the crisp sheets and the full Griffin breakfast. We'll be back!

What a delightful place! Run by delightful people too. Chris and Kieran were both friendly and very welcoming.

The standard of cleanliness could not be faulted, the breakfasts superb. (Smoke salmon and scrambled eggs with freshly 'snipped' chives!)

The only home comfort I missed was Radio 4. I am, however, sure that had I mentioned this to them, they would have provided a radio.

I shall certainly be recommeending The Griffin to both friends and family.

A wonderful experience

We stayed at the Griffin for 2 nights last week. We had booked the room number 8 which a luxury double bedroom with jaccuzzi. It was very affordable, we got very well welcomed by Keiron and Chris. The room was very clean, the breakfast very good. They did all they could to please their guest from giving us some DVDs to watch one evening as we couldn't rent.

This was a really good experience though we didn't realize that there was just a jaccuzzi in the bedroom so it was not very handy to do our daily cleaning.

We popped down to Brighton for the weekend, and stayed in the Griffin B&B ( Madeira Place ) . What a lovley greeting we got from keiron and chris who we found out that they had just taken over this lovely B&B. The room was Big with a Four Poster Bed, LCD TV + DVD, Big Glass Trendy Double Shower With En Suit. The decor is trendy and the B&B is exceptionaly clean and tidy. The full English Breakfast in the morning was superb after a good night out!! Exerlent location for Sea front and Resteraunts, bars ect. We would definately recomend this B&B you get a lot for your money
