Well. It's official. I'm am FINALLY going to Sicily! Being able to spend 11 weeks in Sicily is a dream come true and I could not be more excited for it. The reason I will be in Sicily all summer is Camp Adventure, the program I went to Hawaii with last summer. I will be a day camp counselor on an US Navy base there. Chilean immigration ...

After breakfast with Brie I headed back towards Houston and farther. I made another (less lengthy) detour to see another cousin and her husband. It was a nice chance to visit and stretch my legs for awhile but all it really did was make me want to visit for a much longer time period. So Kyle and Kim Medicis just know you are on my radar for a future trip! Not much to share about the other 9 hours of driving other than the swamps and bayous ...
