So, here I am sitting on the Amtrak Acela Express in Penn Station New York waiting to depart to Boston. Big comfortable seats, free wifi, by the window, looking forward to the next 3 hours and 40 minutes of New England whizzing by at speeds of up to 150 mph.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Tja, wie erwartet habe ich es nicht lange in der "Ebene" ausgehalten und bin in die Berge gefluechtet. Es ist ja auch nicht die beste Zeit im Jahr, zumal es hier im Sueden zurzeit keinen Schnee gibt, alles ist braun und eher trostlos. Ein viel zu milder Winter, wie auch in anderen Teilen der Welt.

Also nichts wie auf in die White Mountains, nach North Woodstock, wo ich im Vorjahr 3 Monate verbrachte, wie sich die moisten ...
