      ... or something. Everything felt heavier. Damn.

      On the bright side I didn't gain 20 pounds. Turns out I actually lost 2 pounds! Ah so the magic to weight loss is to eat your ass off and not work out. Ah I joke...*sob*...remember muscle is heavier than fat...so I guess my muscle loss to fat gain ratio was slightly above 1.

      Time for the long journey back to fitness...

      ... of the milk, just as she noticed the side door of the white van slide open. There, I, with a full plastic bag in hand, jumped out and ran toward the trash can outside the door.
