Highway 1 - Morro Bay to Monterey
... but du voyage. Le sol est très arride. Il n'y a pas vraiment de végétation, tout les paysages valloneux sont de couleurs jaunes, il ne semble pas avoir d'habitation dans le secteur. C'est très joli.
Première destination Morro Bay, première ville sur la cote où nous allons passer. On n'a pas de visite de prévu à cet endroit.

Stopped at a gas station about half way through what is shaping up to be the most beautiful ride I have ever been on. We started out this morning in Palmdale, in what is known as the high desert. As we cruised down Highway 14 it was mid-morning and the sun angled in lighting up the ruddy beige mountainsides. Monterey and Carmel
... not being able to get on the Tulla coming out of Melbourne airport, or not being able to find the M25!), I had a little word with the GPS lady and we agreed she'd be a little clearer about what lane to be in in the future. Can't say she paid much attention to me, but got plenty of practice "recalculating" along the way for her sins! On the plus side, this was as close as I came to vehicular drama for the week, so am taking that as a win ....
