... to charge me 65DKR for breaky (12bucks for a hostel breaky is RIDICULOUS) so when I stumbled upon an ALDI I went and had a look. Turns out even though everything (including clothes etc) is overpriced here, the ALDI was at least reasonable. I picked up some pasta ingredients (pasta, sauce, salami, for tomorrow nights dinner), a loaf of bread, a tub of butter and a carton of milk all for a mere 45DKR, less than my 2 pastries lol. ...

... and conference center. A five minute walk from there is "field's," the largest shopping mall in Denmark. Surrounding it all is a new city of apartments, each of a striking architectural design. I am told this was all built on the far suburbs undeveloped ground and the area has exploded since. There is a beautiful subway station next door. The contrast between this and "Old Town" which is ten minutes away by train is extreme.
