... piled back into the car and headed down to the waterfront which is a predominantly Russian area. Had a quick look in an upmarket Russian supermarket which was REALLY Russian. Had a quick beer at a place across the road from the water, the girls had a prosecco and the kids had ice creams to cool them down. The only plan for today was to go to the Botanic garden and do my run. I woke up late, I went on the bus again to Prospect Park to do my run. Again, such a struggle to make it through the end. I probably shouldn’t go in the middle of the day, but I did finish it! I went to the Botanic Garden, just to find out it was pretty enough and that I should do it later that day when I had some more time.
