    ... but this time go further than on surry. Head along fantastic road hugging coast and stop various times to see hump back whales blowing and breaching....spectacular. Manage about 6 miles with no complaints which made for a really nice ride. Go for lunch at wharf and have cod, prawn and callimari deep fried.     From Indio we travelled around Los Angeles and along the central California coast towards Ventura. It was a really busy highway but Paul, with the help of Myrtle and me, got us through some difficult driving.
