Thought it would be appropriate to quote English born but Welsh descendant Lloyd-George...as today there were effectively "Winds of Change"....cloudy, misty, cold and quite windy most of the way.

A good 4kms to get back on the path from the Ruthin Castle Hotel after the first Continental Breakfast after 13 days...

All uphill for the first 3 hours mostly, and then strong ups and downs bashing our leg muscles all the way until the last 3 kms.

I was good in any case ...
