    In Ohio, and a few other states, they salt the roads during Winter to help keep them free of ice and snow. Unfortunately, it has a few less desirable side affects.     In Cleveland I was lucky enough to be able to stay with a Nurse I had met at the Magnet conference back in October which was so exciting! The particular hospital I visited had an inpatient adolescent psych unit to which I was super envious of.     popped in on Juice (Jessica Carson Shelley) in Shaker Heights as I couldn't have been that close to her and not pop in. I needed a Juice hug too.

    ... clerk (mother of Ely, the little boy) says her name is Bev, too-- her mom, the grandma. Bev says you don't hear that name very often these days and I guess she is right - don't think I've heard of it in the last generation and maybe seldom in the one before.
