    OK - I am trying out this app to see if I want to use it on our "upcoming" (9 months away) trip to Europe. We are busy finishing up our scrapbook/journal from last year's trip to Greece and I'm thinking about how much our family hates to use a pencil, so maybe something digital would be better.     ... good part of the morning was spent downloading the software to our laptop so we could reinstall the maps. While this was going on I explored the extensive gardens around the property. Finally we headed off for historic Placerville, a.k.a. "Hangtown" paying the exorbitant sum of $3 for 5 hours of parking.     A few hundred people that night enjoyed the ranch party, company, country music, shooting, cowboy hats and checkered shirts, fire pits and fiery steel drums, meat fried on the BBQ, never ending catering, fireworks and of course a 12 hour open bar with enough Sierra Nevada kegs and top shelf liquor to sink a ship. It was one hell of a Ranch Party. How fortunate we were to be a part of that. Thank you Jeff and Kelly.
