... something to eat. We ended up at what the hostel calls the "best empanadas in town" - they were absolutely delicious. Beautiful filo pastry with pesto, cheese, salmon etc. We then split off and I walked around town taking photos of the beautiful street art. ... sweeten condensed milk. Valparaiso has a few ascenders (cable cars that go up different sections of the city) that were built back in the 1800's and still work today. We took a ride on one of them as part of the tour. It creaked and rattled its way up the side if the hill.
