We spent two days in Puerto Varas which was our point of arrival in Chile. Nice small town, quite European in feel as there were German settlers there in the early 20th century. We stayed in a B&B in a 1920's house. They are very proud of their 'historic' timber houses but to a Brit they seem relatively new. We had a look round the town yesterday which didn't take long.
