After a delicious breakfast, we departed the B&B and drove to Niagara, Canada side. We parked in our "usual" Dufferin Island parking lot and walked along the Falls. It was very crowded, as expected, given that it is summer, and a three-day weekend in Ontario. We could see more of the falls, and less of the mist, than in the past. ... Food was delicious, and more than enough to fill us all. After dinner we took a drive along the Niagara Parkway and looked at the falls from yet another perspective. Here's what we noticed, the American Falls are lit in red, white and blue, while the Horseshoe Falls are lit in a variety of colors. And the mist was just as bad, or worse, at night as it is in the daytime.

Heading for bed now, tomorrow is the big day! Donna will turn 60!
