    3:08pm Ben Franklin bridge into Philly. Picked up Germaine from a place called Big Brother Little Brother. Saw a dude being arrested... Must have been 7 cop cars there. I've never seen so much garbage! Garbage is all over the streets and the buildings are dilapidated, boarded up and/or burned out.
