We leave on Sat. to start our long awaited adventure and today the car made it's first road trip up from Caldwell to Creston. Last day is tomorrow still issues to deal with but we are still but with continued help with all my friends we will leave on time. It may not have the air conditioning in but what are windows ...
... br> Thought the 27 Ford Roaster drag car might be a little impractical since its only use to a quarter mile at a time; not 2000 miles. So turned my attention to the Checker. ... Mike - together you make a great team and a great business!
And, by chance, I came across the Ford Cleveland plant where all the wonderful 351 & 302 Clevelands were made for those few years back in the early '70s - I felt nostalgic for my old 1975 302C powered Ford Fairlane and my 1982 351C powered Ford Bronco. I had a lot of fun in those cars and rarely did I not smile when I drove them!!
Merry Christmas everyone - I hope that Santa is kind to you all!
