... the patient was in and sedated and just before the surgeon arrived. Despite the fact they were their cameras, they didn't know how to sync the TC between the units. The cams were pretty modern Panasonic P2's, full HD, small form factor but oddly most menu items were handled by a small remote control.

At some point as the both the owner and the DP flailed trying to set the cams for time of day TC, somebody muted the cameras. We had to lav mics, ...

... freely. After that the little kids sang some kingdom songs - that was sweet.

We finished up around 2.30. The hospitality and Christian love shown by these folks was out of this world. But after all, it is what we have come to expect among Jehovahs people

Next on the agenda was an evening gathering and dinner. But where? No one knew. What a surprise!

I train from Savannah to Philly was 2 hours late so I ended up waiting until 3 AM to get moving. Once I got on the train I promptly fell asleep and woke up somewhere between North Carolina and Virginia. We had to stop in DC while they switched our diesel locomotive to an electric one for the Northeast Corridor and then we proceeded to speed our way north... It might be a bit unrealistic but countries should dedicate rail for the exclusive use ...

Hey Guys,

Well week four was hitting the tail end of camp now. We lost some campers and gained some more but the numbers remained similar. Abi and I gained two lovely girls from Paris to join the already large contingent of French girls. Their names were Deborah and Clara. They were seriously the sweetest! So quiet but just so nice and always talking to you which is good because kids their age don't always strike up conversations with adults ...
