Someone asked me about my trail name the other day in the comments, and I realized I had mentioned it on Facebook and to individual people, but I never posted it here. My trail name is Wolf Pack, because of my resemblance to Alan in the movie The Hangover, especially when I'm hiking in my aviator sunglasses. The weather cooperated as we travelled along, temperature rising from 16 to 24. The clear blue skies would be perfect when we reached the Smokey Mountains. The driver makes the rules and decisions while they are in the Captains seat. He announced "Did you know you have to smoke in the Smokey Mountains?", he has a dry wonderful sense of humour. ... night, it turned out to be way larger than I wanted (which was probably why it got left, since it was so heavy), but I was going to carry it into Franklin and mail it home since it was probably about a $120 piece of gear. Then yesterday at Long Branch Shelter, there was a hammock someone had left as well, also a very big, heavy piece of gear. So I hauled out probably five extra pounds but ended up with a full set of hammocking gear for the $12 or so it took me to ship it ...

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also
Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Comments: Hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten. The peanut butter is real Reese’s peanut butter and makes the pancakes. The whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzle ...
