    ... the river still has lots of ice flow in it - amazing considering it is now May. Travelled thru some really pretty villages including Ellicotville which seems to be basically a ski resort - snow still on some runs, certainly not enough to ski on but good for tourist photos!

    On Tuesday night Ron and I were going over our travel itinerary and realized we were not going to have enough time in the Black Hills of South Dakota.     ... white and no time to admire the countryside. But with a great navigator and crew we made it without any problems.

    First thing Conner noted was we had virtually no cell service. The nearest "town" was about 8 miles from the park. I am being generous using the word town here no traffic lights, blink and you missed it. A Walmart (campers survive on Walmarts - mostly cause they are everywhere) was 17 miles away. ...
