The countdown begins again...
It has been a busy and very off schedule week. 19th at worksite by 9am. We spent the day touching up paint, sanding and priming walls. Later in the afternoon I spent some time with my boys- as I hadn't seen them since Thursday. Week 7
Time has once again flown by. Somehow it is Sunday again, I'm not sure how that happened. Monday 12 th- preschool was in a difficult mood :-). The children did not want to listen at all. Eventually we gave upand did action songs. That was the pattern for the rest of the day...and the week. Hope They are back to normal this week. In the afternoon I had one-on-one with Charlie. Week 6!
... I really had no idea what to say so I just gave him another hug. 8th- I have a new boy in my preschool class now. His name is Simon and he turns three this week. Introductions
... So for the first couple of weeks of my visit he was a little bewildered and unhappy with all the changes that had been going on. Every meal time he woukd cry and cry until a certain mama would feed him - he wouldn't let any one else do it. He has settled down now and is a happy little boy. Another week
... with some little girls. I think the new system worked quite well. In the afternoon volunteers abby, sarah and I took joseph (3), josephine (2) and silus (4) for a walk. We didn't really go anywhere in particular, just to a shady tree where we rested awhile and then we went back. That night we skipped putting the kids to bed and went to surjios for someones birthday (though we found out later it wasn't their birthday) ...
