... riding with the school! So much fun. Haven't been horse riding for ages so it was almost like starting from stratch. I can actually trot too. The lady said I could trot better than the kids which was a fantastic complement considering the kids thought they were faannnnntastic at horse riding saying they could do this and that. ... This however never happened. The railway advanced to the south -west and the train took the goods instead of the canals. The rest of the walking today was along this canal, a total of just over 8 miles. The walking was gentle, along the towpath. I had crossed from the Creedy valley to the Exe valley and I would be walking along this valley for the rest of the day.
