Although the road to my current point has been very long and filled with several small hurdles and challenges it has all been worth it because now my trip begins in only two short days. On the 25th of August I will embark on the greatest journey of my life. My starting point will be my own front door, from there I will travel to New ...

To many late nights, and missed sleep are starting to catch up. By now it was time to go check in at our hotel. We unloaded the car, and left again to go visit Assateague Island Lighthouse. ... had gone North first, all would have been good. We saw the ponies up close, and a white tail deer grazing. The deer was wearing a collar.

Back to the bus by 4:30. I sat out and read a while, had dinner in the coach, and light rain began at 7PM.

We leave tomorrow for the Outer Banks of North Carolina. See you there.

      And the adventure continues,
