Spello has the most artists of any of the towns we visited. In fact, Roger fell in love with an artist and several of her paintings of lovely nudes done in a fresco style. It’s a shame he bought a painting in Montalcino that included a cariacature of a half nude woman when he could have had this one of a real nude.

... we said our goodbyes to the six in our group that were heading back to West Fargo. On an evening in Roma...
... way, tmost of the food we have had so far has ben great. Most people make their own pastas. Gnocci is mostly home made, and you can tell that everything is super fresh. Sooo good! We are spending less and less on food, because we keep finding cheaper places to eat. It's great!
Don't know if I will be able to email from Amalfi, so I may not update again until Sicily.

Modern Day Rome
... of Domitian and follows the long thin shape of the ancient stadium.
