    Non-Travel Day

After performing some domestic chores around the camper we headed into Branson, MO, to see what all the hoopla is about. Our first stop was at "Danna's Bar-B-Que & Burger" for lunch, Valerie had read that they had gluten free rolls so we decided to try it out. Travel Day

This morning because of the rain we slept in, and didn’t leave the campground until 10:00. We

Tomorrow (7/10) Will turns 15 and we're headed to St. Louis to see a Cardinals game. Happy Birthday Will! ...

Seemed to be a nice enough place to get away for a few days, but we really didn't see much other than hotels & restaurants. Pea Ridge NMP is a Civil War Battlefield that is an interesting study in how forgetting the fundamentals of battle will get you killed. In addition to driving the loop road we did a 2-2.5 mile hike ...

Only about an hour's drive south to Harrison on 65, which is a nice four-lane highway.
Harrison is a very busy town; larger than anticipated; lots of traffic; streets right up to the curb.
