... stickers floating around and there's finally a picture of me there. Because I'm red-eyed, I've been walking around singing 'I am a vampire' song for a while. Daphne was a darling and made me Baileys and hot chocolate. I'm still a bit red in the eye but I'm not as itchy and it's no longer trying to give me gucky colour, helping my theory that it's viral.

Walkin' in Sunshine
... unfortunately, we were driving quickly and I couldn't snap any photos. Back in Oxford, Holly and I both gathered our things (she'd spent the last two nights at Maria's house) and we headed into town. Holly went on her way and Maria and I went to The Giraffe to have dinner before I caught the bus to Northampton. We had a delicious dinner and scrumptious coffee; I had a cappucino with crumbled amaretto cookies on top.

Crossing the Pond
... turbulence hit-and it hit HARD. The rest of the night was like a game of tag with me sleeping, then being jarred awake by the captain urgently saying, "Flight attendants, take your seats!" and then being bounced around like a ball. This repetition went on all night and most of the flight. It was only during the last hour of flight that we had thirty uninterrupted minutes of the "no seatbelt sign" being turned off.
