... the next day. On our trip to Chena we saw four different moose. Two were in a small pond beyond the trees. We pulled over and went down a small trail to the pond. Two female moose were eating plants in the pond by putting their whole heads under the water. With a loud exhalation, they would lift their heads and finish eating what they had. ... the next few days should prove very exciting driving the Yukon highway to a town called Tok there to stay overnight before tackling the highway known as the Over the Top of the World Highway through Chicken (yes there is a town called Chicken the First Nationals ,the Indians, could not spell Ptsioriaus) and onto Dawson City .

So, simueltaneously, we were conducting a lunch-sale, book-sale, and hand-crafted iems sale. The fund-raiser event was a lot of fun, and helped to remind people in our church to pray for our team during our trip. We were blessed to raise $1,500, and will use these funds to purchase our Vacation Bible School (VBS) supplies.
